She’s never been the most outwardly smiley of stars, but Victoria Beckham’s glum expression was more visible than ever as she made an appearance on Good Morning America on Monday.
The 41-year-old fashion designer had arrived bright and early for her stint on the morning TV show to discuss her nomination at the 2015 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, which would take place later that day.
Looking incredibly tired, the jet-setting and hardworking mother-of-four’s face appeared drawn, her eyes darkened and her face barely showing her excitement, although luckily her impassioned speech allowed her to get her feelings across.
Sad face: Victoria Beckham looked notably sad as she appeared on Good Morning America on Monday, despite the positive topic of discussion
Victoria has been named as one of the magazine’s top women of the year, and is one of the honourees at the prestigious annual ceremony.
But she failed to raise a smile while chatting about the huge coup – awarded to her for her work as a fashion designer and also her charitable efforts as a UN Goodwill Ambassador – her eyes in particular looking sleepy and lacking vitality.
And it’s no wonder, as she has been keeping herself as busy as ever, working on overseeing a brand new store in New York as well as looking after her four children with husband David: sons Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, 10 and four-year-old daughter Harper.
